Complex of rural houses located in the heart of La Alpujarra, in a privileged natural enclave of singular beauty and within the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, in the province of Granada. It has wonderful views of the town of Válor and the region of La Alpujarra, and is made up of nine individual rural houses that are distributed in a small "neighborhood" of traditional architecture, with its squares, fountain, streets and gardens, as well as a magnificent SHARED pool.

CASA GRANDE Nº 9

Very spacious and charming rural house with 4 double bedrooms.

Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, for 8 people, expandable up to 12 people.

It is distributed over two floors and has a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and terrace.

After passing through a traditional and beautiful wooden gate, an entrance hall welcomes us to this magnificent rural house.

To the left of the hall, and after crossing an original portico with wooden beams and pillars, we find a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchen separated from it by a bar made of old brick and wood. The hand-painted tiles, the tiled worktop or the furniture made of old brick and wooden doors are the characteristic elements of this kitchen.

On the upper floor there is a terrace with magnificent views of the town and the region and three large double bedrooms decorated with care, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two 105 cm beds. A spacious bathroom, built on two levels, with a marble countertop, sinks made with handmade ceramic basins and a built-in bathtub, completes the rooms on this floor.

At the other end of the ground floor there is a very large double bedroom with two 105 cm beds.

On this floor there is also an original bathroom in which the mixture of modern design and traditional materials is its essential feature.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 7 days before 00:00 hours on the day of arrival, the establishment will not make charges (except bank charges for the refund of the anticipated amount, if applicable). If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, the establishment reserves the right to charge 100% of the first night. If you do not show up, the establishment reserves the right to charge 100% of the stay.
