If you want to escape the crowds, the traffic , and the bustle of the city, you have chosen the right place ... so beautiful, so quiet, where you can only hear the birds singing. Just four kilometers away you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, gas station, doctor's office, pharmacy, etc ... Although El Chorro Villas is surrounded by nature, all these services are less than 15 minutes away by car.

A sunbath by the pool or a nap in the shade of the holm oaks that are part of the garden will make the stress accumulated after months of work forgotten to the point that it seems that it never existed. It is the perfect place to disconnect, for a romantic getaway or to use it as a base camp and discover the wonderful natural environment in which it is located.

This house has two large bedrooms; the main bedroom with a double bed (1.35 m) and the other with two single beds of 1.05 m, living room with fireplace, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. Outside, we are shaded by a covered porch with a table, terrace chairs and a sofa where you can enjoy the scents of the Mediterranean forest outdoors. The barbecue is located a few meters from this terrace. It has its own private pool with sun loungers. Centennial holm oaks, thyme, rosemary ... are the closest neighbors of this house that enjoys total privacy and extraordinary views of the environment. AMENITIES: Sheets are included, a complete kitchen utensils. DOES NOT INCLUDE TOWELS. Vitroceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator with Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Electric Toaster, Electric Juicer, 32 "TV, Radio-CD, Private Pool, Pool Loungers, Barbecue, Garden Furniture, ... Cots and High Chairs are also available for babies at the customer's request and if you need any other extras, let us know ... we will be happy to assist you.

To make the reservation of your rural house we need a deposit of 30% that can be paid by credit card or transfer.

The rest pending is paid 7 days before arrival

The deposit, which is € 100, will be returned within 7 days, once the state of the rural house has been checked, the extra cleaning is deducted from it. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT:

When it comes to independent houses, (without reception) the client must contact the owner of the house at least 24/48 H before arrival to coordinate the handover of keys.

The owner will send you the exact location of the house via WhatsApp and will be waiting for you at the entrance at the agreed time.

All telephone, address and contact information will be duly detailed on your client's voucher.

CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of the reservation of your rural house, you will have the right to a refund of the amounts that have been paid with the compensation resulting from applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance:

0% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

50% of the deposit delivered, if the cancellation is made more than 15 days and less than 30 days in advance.

100% OF THE DEPOSIT when made with more than 15 and less than 4 days

With less than 48/72 hours in advance or no show at the accommodation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Visits are not allowed, more people than the maximum capacity of the house are not allowed.

Parties and / or celebrations are not allowed either in the houses or in the garden. Music is not allowed in the garden so as not to disturb nearby houses.

Extra services such as firewood are not included in the price:

A load of firewood of approximately 15 kg: € 10
