Aracena is known for its natural park, one of the most important protected areas in Andalusia for its meadows and lush forests of holm oaks, cork oaks and chestnut trees.

The environment and its climate have made it a suitable place for livestock, among which the Iberian pig fed with acorns from the pastures stands out. Its gastronomy (especially its ham) is one of the great attractions of rural tourism in Aracena.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Advance to reserve: 30% of the total reservation.

Cancellation policy:

Up to 30 days of arrival, refund of 100% of the advance paid.

Up to 15 days of arrival, refund of 50% of the advance paid.

Deposit: € 120 (not included in the advance to reserve), return of the deposit with the delivery of keys and departure from the house.

Any deposit stipulated by the ACCOMMODATION will be returned once the owner or the cleaning staff verify the perfect condition of the house.

The price includes

The price is per stay and accommodation and includes all applicable taxes. The conditions regarding the normal consumption of water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and utensils necessary to live in the accommodation.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Extras not selected in the reservation process or additional services not expressly indicated in the reservation voucher or in the ACCOMMODATION file, such as firewood.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The number of people who occupy the ACCOMMODATION cannot exceed the capacity indicated therein.

Animals are only allowed if this is expressly stated in the reservation conditions of the ACCOMMODATION or by agreement with the owner of the ACCOMMODATION.

The TRAVELER undertakes to keep the ACCOMMODATION clean, orderly and in the state in which it was delivered. He also undertakes to follow the instructions for use and maintenance indicated by the owner of the ACCOMMODATION and to respect the regulations on noise, garbage collection, water consumption etc ... of the community, environment, or building where it is located .

Failure to comply with these rules empowers the ACCOMMODATION to demand the eviction without compensation and the collection of compensation for the damages produced, which may be withdrawn from the deposit (if the ACCOMMODATION has defined it).

KEY COLLECTION AND DEPARTURES

The keys will be collected at the address and date indicated on the booking voucher.

You must contact the ACCOMMODATION 24/48 H to coordinate the delivery of keys, being mandatory to notify the approximate arrival time. In case of not doing so, or if the arrival does not take place within the scheduled hours, it is up to the ACCOMMODATION to be able to have the reserved accommodation, with cancellation of the reservation and without compensation for the TRAVELER.
