Just four kilometers away you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, gas station, doctor's office, pharmacy, etc ... Although El Chorro Villas is surrounded by nature, all these services are less than 15 minutes away by car.

This house has two large bedrooms; the main bedroom with a double bed (1.35 m) and the other with two single beds of 1.05 m, living room with fireplace, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom Outside, it has a covered terrace with table, chairs terrace and sofa to enjoy the food outdoors, but in a covered area. The barbecue is located on this terrace. It has its own private pool with sun loungers

Vitroceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge with Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Electric Toaster, Electric Juicer, 32 "TV, Radio-CD, Private Pool, Sun loungers Pool, Barbecue, Garden Furniture, ... There is also availability of Cots and High Chairs for babies at the request of the client and if you need any other extra, let us know ... we will be happy to assist you.

To make the reservation of your rural house we need a deposit of 30% that can be paid by credit card or transfer.

The rest pending is paid 7 days before arrival

The deposit, which is € 100, will be returned within 7 days, once the state of the rural house has been checked, the extra cleaning is deducted from it. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT:

When it comes to independent houses, (without reception) the client must contact the owner of the house at least 24/48 H before arrival to coordinate the handover of keys.

The owner will send you the exact location of the house via WhatsApp and will be waiting for you at the entrance at the agreed time.

All telephone, address and contact information will be duly detailed on your client's voucher.

CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of the reservation of your rural house, you will have the right to a refund of the amounts that have been paid with the compensation resulting from applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance:

0% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

50% of the deposit delivered, if the cancellation is made more than 15 days and less than 30 days in advance.

100% OF THE DEPOSIT when made with more than 15 and less than 4 days

With less than 48/72 hours in advance or no show at the accommodation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Visits are not allowed, more people than the maximum capacity of the house are not allowed. Parties and / or celebrations are not allowed in the houses or in the garden. Music is not allowed in the garden so as not to disturb nearby houses.

Extra services such as firewood are not included in the price:

A load of firewood of approximately 15 kg: € 10
