Decorated with original work by the owner who is a painter and surrounded by beauty and peace. With pool among greenery at all times of the year. The farm is ecological and has 25 hectares. The area surrounding the houses has abundant trees and a fruit orchard, with its special quarry cave. It allows you to rest and visit wonderful places such as our monumental city of Córdoba with its unique cathedral mosque in the world and next to the archaeological site of Medinat al-Zahra or the Almohad castle of Almodovar del Río.

Suite in nature. Its temperature is maintained at any time of the year at 18º-20º. It is located in the stone quarry within the farm. 90 m2 loft, with 10 m2 terrace, capacity 2/4 people, living-dining room. Bedroom area with double bed (160 x 200 latex mattress). Full kitchen, 1 bathroom, television and video. All houses have solar energy. It is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the countryside with the proximity of Córdoba, an exceptional city for its millenary culture, with family and friends.

As long as you are educated, sleep in your own bed, do not climb on sofas and beds, and do not stay alone.

It has a cleaning supplement to avoid possible allergies to future clients, upon arrival at the accommodation.

Advance

When you proceed to make a reservation for a place in a rural accommodation, the percentage indicated by the owner of the total price of the reserved stay must be entered. Once the amount corresponding to the advance has been received, the owner will notify the client of the reservation confirmation specifying the following concepts: day of entry and exit, number of reserved places, number of rooms and total price, as well as the applicable regime in the case possible cancellation.

Cancellations

At any time, the user may withdraw from the contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid and indemnifying the establishment in terms of the amounts indicated below:

The amount of compensation will be the result of applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance.

5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

40% if the cancellation is made 30 days or less and more than 15 days.

60% if the cancellation is made with 15 or fewer days and more than 7.

100% when you do it 7 or less days in advance.

Once the advance payment requirements have been met, your reservation will be held until 8:00 p.m. on the day that your reservation appears as the arrival date.

If the arrival of the client does not take place and there is no communication for confirmation by any means (telephone, email, fax) after 8:00 p.m. the owner will be able to dispose of the room
