It has its entrance, outdoor area, barbecue, swimming pool, sun loungers and private garden furniture, although by a lane you can access the common areas. It has been completed in October 2018.

The wood makes it very cozy, it has spectacular views, it is ideal to spend a few days with family or friends.

It is located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga and 20 from the beach or the airport.

Thanks to its location you can do many activities and visit countless places, such as the center of Malaga and its countless festivals.The views are spectacular, you can see the mountains and even the sea.

You have a feeling of freedom, tranquility and spaciousness seeing everything from that perspective ..... At night thanks to the fact that there is no light pollution you can see the stars and the moon very clearly and when the fleeting ones fall it is really impressive.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking confirmation with 50% deposit

Rest of the payment 7/10 days before arrival

The owner requires a deposit of € 100 and it will be returned by transfer once they leave the farm and the condition of the house is checked.

The price includes sheets, duvets, towels and cleaning products.

Cancellation policy: non-refundable deposit

In the event that the owner succeeds in reserving the house that you have canceled, the amount paid will be reimbursed.

Cancellation policy: No refunds are made.

Deposit: € 100-200 (depending on the season)

Check out before: 11:00

Other house rules: Check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out at 11:00, but it will depend on whether there are previous stays and the houses have to be cleaned.

In the event that we do not have tickets for that day, the output will be flexible. The deposit will be 200 euros and 100 euros as a deposit and then a deposit, once the lease is finished it will be returned by bank transfer once the house has been reviewed. With amounts greater than 350 euros, 50% must be paid 30 days before the reservation. The minimum number of nights depends on the season, the minimum being 2.
