Its location in one of the points with the best views of our rural tourism complex, its attractive bean-shaped pool and its landscaped space make it a beautiful villa for families who want to spend their holidays with children.

The rural house has a beautiful and safe garden with all the necessary terrace furniture, where children can materialize some of their greatest fantasies, as well as splash around in its funny private 7 × 5 pool, and recharge with a delicious and fun barbecue The two floors of the house are not communicated indoors.

Distribute the following rooms:

A fully equipped dining room in which on one side is the wooden table with its set of chairs. The table is decorated with a floral centerpiece that adds a cheerful touch to this room. Next, a set of upholstered armchairs with wooden details that will allow you to enjoy the good temperatures offered by the fireplace in the center. Plasma television is also present in this room, a complete kitchen with all the equipment you need to get your best recipes and lick your fingers. The appliances are present, the kitchenware, the crockery and the utensils are also there, so only you are missing! 2 complete and quite spacious bathrooms. Towel sets are also in this space. 4 double bedrooms that are divided equally between those with a double bed and those with 2 single beds. In all of them, wood is the essential element to decorate the space that, together with the bedding, makes a great atmosphere.

Already in the outdoor areas, the porch that opens to the pool surrounded by hammocks and where you can enjoy what you cook on the barbecue, will be the best place to hold meetings.

To make the reservation of your rural house we need a deposit of 30% that can be paid by credit card or transfer.

The rest pending is paid 7 days before arrival

The deposit, which is € 100, will be returned within 7 days, once the state of the rural house has been checked, the extra cleaning is deducted from it. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT:

When it comes to independent houses, (without reception) the client must contact the owner of the house at least 24/48 H before arrival to coordinate the handover of keys.

The owner will send you the exact location of the house via WhatsApp and will be waiting for you at the entrance at the agreed time.

All telephone, address and contact information will be duly detailed on your client's voucher.

CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of the reservation of your rural house, you will have the right to a refund of the amounts that have been paid with the compensation resulting from applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance:

0% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

50% of the deposit delivered, if the cancellation is made more than 15 days and less than 30 days in advance.

100% OF THE DEPOSIT when made with more than 15 and less than 4 days

With less than 48/72 hours in advance or no show at the accommodation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. COVID 19. Currently, there is no force majeure situation that causes the cancellation of the reservation, however, if in the future the authorities prevent your departure from your place of residence CP XXXXX or access to this region of Las Angosturas ( Alora), the free cancellation could be executed at any time. Visits are not allowed, more people than the maximum capacity of the house are not allowed. Parties and / or celebrations are not allowed in the houses or in the garden. Music is not allowed in the garden so as not to disturb nearby houses.

Extra services such as firewood are not included in the price:
