From the private terrace of you access the pool through a spiral staircase. The pool is to be shared between our three houses.

The BEDROOM has two single beds, many details and views of Calle Peña and the Fuente de la Loma.

IDEAL: for a romantic getaway, for a family with one or two children, to practice activities and sports related to nature and the outdoors (hiking, cycling, climbing, ornithology, mycology, astronomy…); to get off the beaten track, to get lost or to find yourself.

IN ADDITION to the comfortable sofa-bed, we can put an extra bed (total 4 people), also a cot and high chair for babies.

In all houses we can install extra beds and use the sofa beds.

In total we can accommodate from 1 to 21 people.

It is located in Jimera de Líbar (Málaga) in the heart of the Serranía de Ronda, the Guadiaro river valley and the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.

Explore Andalusia: one hour from Gibraltar or the Costa del Sol, less than two hours from Seville, Malaga or Jerez.

ATTENTION: We remind you that in winter season you must exercise extreme caution if you turn on the wood stove, especially if there are children or the elderly. The person who lights the fire is responsible for its care, maintenance and any circumstances that may arise from it.

Firewood is only for wood stoves.

The fireplace that is in the House-Mill was used to cook or to boil a kettle of water for the slaughter, but it is not really going to heat the room.

Keep the home with adequate ventilation.

We will not be responsible in any case for accidents or incidents related to fire.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By making a reservation with us you accept the following Reservation Rules:

The minimum length of stay is two nights. (There are special seasons such as fair, long weekends, Christmas, the minimum stay may be more than two nights) An advance will be requested to guarantee the reservation. This advance will be returned if the reservation is canceled 30 days before the arrival date. (In the return of the advance, a management fee of 10% of the amount of the advance is applied) If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before the arrival date, the advance will not be returned, but can be used for another date that suits you. If the reason for the cancellation is related to the non-mobility due to confinement or state of alarm of the municipality, the amounts paid are returned in full. The reservation will be considered confirmed when the advance is received. The rest of the amount will be delivered 10 days before arrival. Pets are strictly not allowed. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 12: 00 p.m. 00h We try to be flexible with the schedule. Consult us. Deposit: Upon arrival you must make a deposit of a deposit of € 100 You must check that the house, appliances and facilities are in perfect condition, in the same way that we will check it on departure.
