CORTIJO EL GASTOR

The Cortijo is an individual house of approximately 350 square meters and an annexed Studio of 40 square meters, with a large garden area around it for exclusive use. This house is ideal for family reunions of up to 10 people. In the garden there is a magnificent private pool of approximately 84 square meters with a large solarium.

This old renovated farmhouse overlooks the valley of the Dolmens from its eagle's nest enclave. Its decoration is a mixture of traditional Andalusian farmhouse with Mozarabic touches. Its patio with a beautiful water fountain evokes eternal Andalusia.

Interior

It has five large bedrooms, three of them with 150 cm beds. wide and the other two with two 90 cm single beds. It also has a full kitchen with a conventional oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. It has two rooms, the main one is equipped with a spectacular viewing window with the best views of the Finca to the Sierra de Grazalema that is adjacent to our Rural Complex. It is also equipped with four complete bathrooms.

Both the Cortijo and the Studio are equipped with central heating by hot water radiators in the bedrooms and living rooms and with towel rails-radiators in the bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, free Wi-Fi access throughout the property, 2 LED televisions and air Conditioned.

Cancellation policy:

25% deposit to make the reservation.

You can cancel with the right to return up to 14 days before entry.

From here on, the amount will be supervised and managed by the accommodation according to the following particular policy:

Canceling 15 days before the day of arrival, the advance will be returned.

KEY COLLECTION AND DEPARTURES

The keys will be collected at the address and date indicated on the booking voucher.

You must contact the ACCOMMODATION to coordinate the delivery of keys BETWEEN 24/48 H BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, being mandatory to notify the approximate arrival time. In case of not doing so, or if the arrival does not take place within the scheduled hours, it is up to the ACCOMMODATION to be able to have the reserved accommodation, with cancellation of the reservation and without compensation for the TRAVELER.

Fireplace, so that you can enjoy those quiet hours with a good reading or just having a glass of wine, we suggest you light the fireplace, and watch the wood burn during the winter afternoons, dream and rest by a good fire.

We can supply you a Pack of dry firewood for your fireplace.

The price includes

The price is per stay and accommodation and includes all applicable taxes. The conditions regarding the normal consumption of water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and utensils necessary to live in the accommodation.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Extras not selected in the reservation process or additional services not expressly indicated in the reservation voucher or in the ACCOMMODATION file, such as firewood.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The number of people who occupy the ACCOMMODATION cannot exceed the capacity indicated therein.

Animals are only allowed if this is expressly stated in the reservation conditions of the ACCOMMODATION or by agreement with the owner of the ACCOMMODATION.

The TRAVELER undertakes to keep the ACCOMMODATION clean, orderly and in the state in which it was delivered. He also undertakes to follow the instructions for use and maintenance indicated by the owner of the ACCOMMODATION and to respect the regulations on noise, garbage collection, water consumption etc ... of the community, environment, or building where it is located .

Failure to comply with these rules empowers the ACCOMMODATION to demand the eviction without compensation and the collection of compensation for the damages produced, which may be withdrawn from the deposit (if the ACCOMMODATION has defined it).
