Spacious and comfortable house ideal for families with children, since its plot, perfectly fenced, has a large lawn garden, with games for the little ones.

It also has a garage, swimming pool, wooded area, etc.

It has a spacious living room with a fireplace and its decoration has been made in a rustic way, predominantly earthy and reddish colors.

His kitchen, made in work and wood carpentry, is fully equipped. Clay is once again predominant as a decorative element.

Very cozy house, and it will please you greatly, both in summer and winter. Its interior design and decoration are totally rustic, predominantly light and tan colors, wood and clay.

The rooms are very cozy.

It has 4 bedrooms in total, which gives it a maximum capacity of 9-10 people.

Two of them are lofts, with double beds and another two with double beds. They have built-in wardrobes in most of them. The furniture is rustic style.

A large chill-out decorated patio, as well as a large covered outdoor dining room with barbecue.

Finally, it has a small village made up of three houses that will delight the little ones. One of them, white, is the representation of our icon. They have been themed internally as a small living room, another as a kitchen and a last as a school.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

The company reserves the right of availability. 20% of the reservation will be paid (with a minimum of € 50) as a reservation deposit in the account number that the company will indicate for the confirmation of the same. The deposit must be made effective within 24 hours from the time of hiring. After this period, the house will be free for possible occupations. The cancellation of the reservation will in any case mean the loss of the aforementioned deposit as well as the payments on account made. The credit card provided, after verification of the same by the company, will be used exclusively as a guarantee of possible damages produced in the house.

Changes of dates other than 30 days in advance are not allowed. (60 days for high season) (only 1 change of dates is allowed)

Specific payment method: Low Season: 20% reservation Medium Season: 20% reservation High Season: 20% reservation, 30% one month prior to the arrival date

Rest of the payment 15 days before arrival.

You must contact the owner of the property at least 24 hours before to indicate your arrival time and coordinate the delivery of the keys.
