For a truly relaxing villa vacation, it offers unsurpassed privacy and comfort, with a large private pool and terrace offering spectacular views of the surrounding Guadalhorce valley.

Built with traditional Andalusian materials, this unique 2-bedroom self-catering villa sleeps up to 4 people and would be ideal for a sunny villa holiday. Spacious and with plenty of natural light, the accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and music system, two bedrooms.

This house in a pristine white color, is divided into 2 floors in which between 4 and 6 people can coexist, depending on whether you want to use the sofa bed on the upper floor.It is divided into: A fully equipped dining room in which the wooden decoration gives our guests a very pleasant feeling of rusticity, but without losing an iota of comfort and elegance. It has a round table where you can eat and, then in the rest area, a set of armchairs in front of the fireplace with its back to the stairs and, next to this element, a television. complete and with all kinds of features so that you can make your best recipes without problems, including in your day to day, the household appliances and utensils that we leave you. 2 double bedrooms of which one of them has 2 single beds and the second, with a double bed. The latter has in the same space, a private bathroom with Jacuzzi for optimal comfort. In addition, both areas are very spacious, with wooden floors and functional furniture. An additional full bathroom that serves the entire house. It has a shower and towel sets. A reading room on the upper floor with a sofa that can be converted into a bed and faces the window.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

To make the reservation of your rural house we need a deposit of 30% that can be paid by credit card or transfer.

The rest pending is paid 7 days before arrival

The deposit, which is € 100, will be returned within 7 days, once the state of the rural house has been checked, the extra cleaning is deducted from it. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT:

When it comes to independent houses, (without reception) the client must contact the owner of the house at least 24/48 H before arrival to coordinate the handover of keys.

The owner will send you the exact location of the house via WhatsApp and will be waiting for you at the entrance at the agreed time.

All telephone, address and contact information will be duly detailed on your client's voucher.

CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of the reservation of your rural house, you will have the right to a refund of the amounts that have been paid with the compensation resulting from applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance:

0% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

50% of the deposit delivered, if the cancellation is made more than 15 days and less than 30 days in advance.

100% OF THE DEPOSIT when made with more than 15 and less than 4 days

With less than 48/72 hours in advance or no show at the accommodation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. COVID 19. Currently, there is no force majeure situation that causes the cancellation of the reservation, however, if in the future the authorities prevent your departure from your place of residence CP XXXXX or access to this region of Las Angosturas ( Alora), the free cancellation could be executed at any time. That is why, in order to benefit from said free cancellation when formalizing your reservation, you must indicate the Postal Code of the place where you live.

Visits are not allowed, more people than the maximum capacity of the house are not allowed. Parties and / or celebrations are not allowed in the houses or in the garden. Music is not allowed in the garden so as not to disturb nearby houses.

Extra services such as firewood are not included in the price:
