Located in a place whose views are impressive, is this house, entirely lined with flagstone and a conveniently located pool.

It is perfect to spend a day on vacation. It has a lot of light, it is elegant in decoration, very comfortable and spectacular views, from where you can see the reservoir, the towns of Zahara, Algodonales, and even, on the horizon, towns as distant as Morón de la Frontera or Villamartín.

A generous terrace with barbecue makes you enjoy the surroundings. The farm is fenced in its entirety and has 1500 m2 of land to enjoy the countryside. However, the area where it is located has countless paths to take long and quiet walks.

Large living room with fireplace, and a rustic brick kitchen make the body of the house. It is fully equipped and it is a very comfortable and pleasant house.

It has 2 bedrooms, very spacious and bright, and its decoration has been taken care of. Enjoy nature and prepare your camera, because you will not have many places with views like the ones that camelot offers you.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

The company reserves the right of availability. 20% of the reservation will be paid (with a minimum of € 50) as a reservation deposit in the account number that the company will indicate for the confirmation of the same. The deposit must be made effective within 24 hours from the time of hiring. After this period, the house will be free for possible occupations. The cancellation of the reservation will in any case mean the loss of the aforementioned deposit as well as the payments on account made. The credit card provided, after verification of the same by the company, will be used exclusively as a guarantee of possible damages produced in the house.

Changes of dates other than 30 days in advance are not allowed. (60 days for high season) (only 1 change of dates is allowed)

Specific payment method: Low Season: 20% reservation Medium Season: 20% reservation High Season: 20% reservation, 30% one month prior to the arrival date

Rest of the payment 15 days before arrival.

You must contact the owner of the property at least 24 hours before to indicate your arrival time and coordinate the delivery of the keys.
