In winter, the special sunlight of the Sierra de Cádiz completely envelops us, at night the warmth of the fireplace will be the ideal place to read a good book or just have fun watching the logs burn. It is an ideal house for couples and families with small children, who seek tranquility and total rest. Interior

It is ideal for 2 people or couples with small children since in the living room there is a modern sofa-bed that can be converted into two 80 cm beds. wide (We also have cribs for young children).

The main bed is 150 cm. wide with its white linen canopy, it also has a full bathroom and kitchen with a ceramic hob, conventional oven, microwave and refrigerator, as well as full kitchenware.

It has a large dining room. It has a spectacular panoramic pool of 80 square meters.

The houses are equipped with central heating by hot water radiators in the rooms and towel rails-radiators in the bathrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, free Wi-Fi access throughout the property, 32-inch LED TV and air conditioning.

All the houses have a fireplace, so that you can enjoy those quiet hours with a good reading or just having a glass of wine, we suggest you light the fireplace, and watch the wood burn during winter afternoons, dream and rest together to a good fire.

Cancellation policy:

25% deposit to make the reservation.

You can cancel with the right to return up to 14 days before entry.

From here on, the amount will be supervised and managed by the accommodation according to the following particular policy:

Canceling 15 days before the day of arrival, the advance will be returned.

The client will always have the option to modify their date, prior availability of the accommodation, so as not to lose their deposit.

KEY COLLECTION AND DEPARTURES

The keys will be collected at the address and date indicated on the booking voucher.

You must contact the ACCOMMODATION to coordinate the delivery of keys BETWEEN 24/48 H BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, being mandatory to notify the approximate arrival time. In case of not doing so, or if the arrival does not take place within the scheduled hours, it is up to the ACCOMMODATION to be able to have the reserved accommodation, with cancellation of the reservation and without compensation for the TRAVELER.

The price includes

The price is per stay and accommodation and includes all applicable taxes. The conditions regarding the normal consumption of water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and utensils necessary to live in the accommodation.

Extras not selected in the reservation process or additional services not expressly indicated in the reservation voucher or in the ACCOMMODATION file, such as firewood.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The number of people who occupy the ACCOMMODATION cannot exceed the capacity indicated therein.

Animals are only allowed if this is expressly stated in the reservation conditions of the ACCOMMODATION or by agreement with the owner of the ACCOMMODATION.

The TRAVELER undertakes to keep the ACCOMMODATION clean, orderly and in the state in which it was delivered. He also undertakes to follow the instructions for use and maintenance indicated by the owner of the ACCOMMODATION and to respect the regulations on noise, garbage collection, water consumption etc ... of the community, environment, or building where it is located .

Failure to comply with these rules empowers the ACCOMMODATION to demand the eviction without compensation and the collection of compensation for the damages produced, which may be withdrawn from the deposit (if the ACCOMMODATION has defined it).
