The house is located at the gates of the Cazorla, Segura y las Villas Natural Park, 30 kilometers from Úbeda and Baeza, declared World Heritage Cities, 300 meters from the artificial beach of the Aguascebas river and at the foot of the Guadalquivir, with possibility of walking along its shore.

We are 300 meters from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a pharmacy.
