Isolated Romantic Individual House of 40 square meters with a large garden area and swimming pool for exclusive and private use, it is ideal for 2 people who require guaranteed privacy to spend unforgettable days.

It has a bedroom with a 150 cm bed. wide with its white linen canopy, bathroom and full kitchen with conventional oven, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator. It also has a spacious living room with fireplace and 32-inch LED TV. They will enjoy its 6 meter pool. for 4 mtrs. for exclusive use and its terrace whose views will be the ideal complement if you wish. The House is equipped with Heating by electric radiators in the bedrooms and in the bathroom, a wood-burning fireplace, free Wi-Fi access throughout the Finca, 32-inch LED TV and Air Conditioning.

Cancellation policy:

25% deposit to make the reservation.

You can cancel with the right to return up to 14 days before entry.

From here on, the amount will be supervised and managed by the accommodation according to the following particular policy:

Canceling 15 days before the day of arrival, the advance will be returned.

The client will always have the option to modify their date, prior availability of the accommodation, so as not to lose their deposit.

KEY COLLECTION AND DEPARTURES

The keys will be collected at the address and date indicated on the booking voucher.

You must contact the ACCOMMODATION to coordinate the delivery of keys BETWEEN 24/48 H BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, being mandatory to notify the approximate arrival time. In case of not doing so, or if the arrival does not take place within the scheduled hours, it is up to the ACCOMMODATION to be able to have the reserved accommodation, with cancellation of the reservation and without compensation for the TRAVELER.

Fireplace, so that you can enjoy those quiet hours with a good reading or just having a glass of wine, we suggest you light the fireplace, and watch the wood burn during the winter afternoons, dream and rest by a good fire.

We can supply you a Pack of dry firewood for your fireplace.

The price includes

The price is per stay and accommodation and includes all applicable taxes. The conditions regarding the normal consumption of water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and utensils necessary to live in the accommodation.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Extras not selected in the reservation process or additional services not expressly indicated in the reservation voucher or in the ACCOMMODATION file, such as firewood.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The number of people who occupy the ACCOMMODATION cannot exceed the capacity indicated therein.

Animals are only allowed if this is expressly stated in the reservation conditions of the ACCOMMODATION or by agreement with the owner of the ACCOMMODATION.

The TRAVELER undertakes to keep the ACCOMMODATION clean, orderly and in the state in which it was delivered. He also undertakes to follow the instructions for use and maintenance indicated by the owner of the ACCOMMODATION and to respect the regulations on noise, garbage collection, water consumption etc ... of the community, environment, or building where it is located .

Failure to comply with these rules empowers the ACCOMMODATION to demand the eviction without compensation and the collection of compensation for the damages produced, which may be withdrawn from the deposit (if the ACCOMMODATION has defined it).
