Our accommodation is located within the province of Seville, where you will be able to enjoy a house full of charm in the Pruna area.

It is a space full of possibilities in which you will be able to enjoy both the interior areas and the exterior spaces that the farm has.

In terms of capacity, it is a house designed for 15 people, who will be able to enjoy the following spaces, in which traditional elements have been mixed, and modern ones so that you can find the comfort you need between:

The kitchen, which is office type and in which you will find all kinds of appliances and utensils with which to cook in a functional space full of light.

A dining room that communicates with the kitchen and in which you will be able to enjoy the tranquility of being able to eat almost as you cook. It has a set of chairs, and in the center, a wooden table.

It also has a plasma television. A spacious living room in which we have in front of the wood-burning fireplace, which is on the corner, all the warmth you need to enjoy a day while watching television.

There is also a space where you will be able to read.

2 complete bathrooms, where comfort is served on a tray and where you will be able to enjoy the best features, including towel sets.

Already in the areas offered by the outside of the farm, we find:

A space with a barbecue where you will also find tables and benches. The perfect corner to enjoy charcoal-flavored meats and paellas.

A spectacular pool among olive trees strategically placed in an area that receives sun throughout the day.

The price includes

The price is per stay and accommodation and includes all applicable taxes. The conditions regarding the normal consumption of water, gas and electricity, bed linen and towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and utensils necessary to live in the accommodation.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Extras not selected in the reservation process or additional services not expressly indicated in the reservation voucher or in the ACCOMMODATION file, such as firewood.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY AND ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

The number of people who occupy the ACCOMMODATION cannot exceed the capacity indicated therein.

Animals are only allowed if this is expressly stated in the reservation conditions of the ACCOMMODATION or by agreement with the owner of the ACCOMMODATION.

The TRAVELER undertakes to keep the ACCOMMODATION clean, orderly and in the state in which it was delivered. He also undertakes to follow the instructions for use and maintenance indicated by the owner of the ACCOMMODATION and to respect the regulations on noise, garbage collection, water consumption etc ... of the community, environment, or building where it is located .

Failure to comply with these rules empowers the ACCOMMODATION to demand the eviction without compensation and the collection of compensation for the damages produced, which may be withdrawn from the deposit (if the ACCOMMODATION has defined it).

KEY COLLECTION AND DEPARTURES

The keys will be collected at the address and date indicated on the booking voucher.

You must contact the ACCOMMODATION 24/48 H to coordinate the delivery of keys, being mandatory to notify the approximate arrival time. In case of not doing so, or if the arrival does not take place within the scheduled hours, it is up to the ACCOMMODATION to be able to have the reserved accommodation, with cancellation of the reservation and without compensation for the TRAVELER.
