Located within the town, it is prepared to accommodate four people, with all the comforts. Heated with air conditioning and central heating, as well as a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Distributed over three floors, it has a living room, fully equipped kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Two double bedrooms, one with a 135cm double bed and the other with two 90cm beds and a bathroom in the second. Attic with terrace and views of the Guadiana River and Portugal on the third floor.

Minimum stay of 2 nights.

In case of cancellation

If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, 95% of the signal will be returned.

If the reservation is canceled between 30 and 7 days before the stay, 50% of the total deposit will be returned to the client.

If the reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the date set for the stay, the client will not be entitled to any refund.

The full contracting conditions are those accepted in the Booking Conditions document, and within these the following particular conditions of the accommodation are contemplated (provided they do not contravene the main ones):
