Equipped with a 2-ring ceramic hob, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, flat-screen TV, stereo, as well as a terrace facing the river and garden furniture.

In case of cancellation

If the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, 95% of the signal will be returned.

If the reservation is canceled between 30 and 7 days before the stay, 50% of the total deposit will be returned to the client.

If the reservation is canceled 7 days or less before the date set for the stay, the client will not be entitled to any refund.

The full contracting conditions are those accepted in the Booking Conditions document, and within these the following particular conditions of the accommodation are contemplated (provided they do not contravene the main ones):
