The villa is located in a Malaga village that goes by the name of El Chorro. It is only 35 km from the capital and less than 50 km from Marbella. We have designed the house with care and dedication, not having a corner that is not lacking in detail. In it, you will discover a modern style combined with charming details of the rural world. The interior of the house consists of 140 square meters, within which you can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. For this, you will have the following rooms:

Living room, spacious and full of light. As a rustic touch, it has a fireplace on the corner, next to which there are 2 comfortable sofas. The modern point is put by the audiovisual equipment, consisting of a flat-screen TV with DVD, and a stereo.

Kitchen, fully furnished and equipped. The arrangement of the countertops and electrical appliances, placed in an "L" shape, will allow you to move easily while you cook. 2 full bathrooms, with tile floors and tiles on the walls. In both, you will find a long bathtub where you can immerse yourself and relax your body and mind.

The house is located on a fenced plot that you can enjoy in total privacy. Outside, you will find:

Covered porch, with garden furniture and barbecue. Garden, with an abundant floral decoration. Swimming pool, with a beautiful Roman staircase as access.

To make the reservation of your rural house we need a deposit of 30% that can be paid by credit card or transfer.

The rest pending is paid 7 days before arrival

The deposit, which is € 100, will be returned within 7 days, once the state of the rural house has been checked, the extra cleaning is deducted from it. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT:

When it comes to independent houses, (without reception) the client must contact the owner of the house at least 24/48 H before arrival to coordinate the handover of keys.

The owner will send you the exact location of the house via WhatsApp and will be waiting for you at the entrance at the agreed time.

All telephone, address and contact information will be duly detailed on your client's voucher.

CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of the reservation of your rural house, you will have the right to a refund of the amounts that have been paid with the compensation resulting from applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance:

0% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

50% of the deposit delivered, if the cancellation is made more than 15 days and less than 30 days in advance.

100% OF THE DEPOSIT when made with more than 15 and less than 4 days

With less than 48/72 hours in advance or no show at the accommodation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Visits are not allowed, more people than the maximum capacity of the house are not allowed. Parties and / or celebrations are not allowed in the houses or in the garden. Music is not allowed in the garden so as not to disturb nearby houses.

Extra services such as firewood are not included in the price:

A load of firewood of approximately 15 kg: € 10
