Wonderful rural house, located in the Guadalhorce Valley, within the municipality of Alora (Málaga). From its large porch and terrace you can enjoy the magnificent views and the tranquility of the mountains that houses this rural villa, Sierra Huma in the wonderful natural environment of the El Chorro reservoir, Málaga. The rural house has the capacity to host 6 to 8 people. In its comfortable interior layout, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 beds and 1 with a double bed and a single bed; 2 bathrooms inside each master bedroom, 1 of them with a Jacuzzi and the other with a shower; cleanliness; living room with fireplace and sofa bed; full kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, blender, iron, ironing board and complete kitchenware; air conditioner; satellite tv; color tv; stereo with CD player and sheets and towels. The rural house has a charming 12 x 6 meter pool where you can relax and enjoy your holidays in the paradise of rural tourism. In its fantastic barbecue you can prepare delicious grills to share with family, friends, or both at the same time since we have space so you can make the vacation you always wanted.

To make the reservation of your rural house we need a deposit of 30% that can be paid by credit card or transfer.

The rest pending is paid 7 days before arrival

The deposit, which is € 100, will be returned within 7 days, once the state of the rural house has been checked, the extra cleaning is deducted from it. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT:

When it comes to independent houses, (without reception) the client must contact the owner of the house at least 24/48 H before arrival to coordinate the handover of keys.

The owner will send you the exact location of the house via WhatsApp and will be waiting for you at the entrance at the agreed time.

All telephone, address and contact information will be duly detailed on your client's voucher.

CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of the reservation of your rural house, you will have the right to a refund of the amounts that have been paid with the compensation resulting from applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance:

0% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

50% of the deposit delivered, if the cancellation is made more than 15 days and less than 30 days in advance.

100% OF THE DEPOSIT when made with more than 15 and less than 4 days

With less than 48/72 hours in advance or no show at the accommodation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. COVID 19. Currently, there is no force majeure situation that causes the cancellation of the reservation, however, if in the future the authorities prevent your departure from your place of residence CP XXXXX or access to this region of Las Angosturas ( Alora), the free cancellation could be executed at any time. That is why, in order to benefit from said free cancellation when formalizing your reservation, you must indicate the Postal Code of the place where you live.

Visits are not allowed, more people than the maximum capacity of the house are not allowed. Parties and / or celebrations are not allowed in the houses or in the garden. Music is not allowed in the garden so as not to disturb nearby houses.

Extra services such as firewood are not included in the price:
