Its spacious and cozy rooms and its wonderful views make it the perfect destination for those who want to enjoy nature and at the same time have all the comforts.The house has central heating in all its rooms as well as a fireplace in the living room , with what is perfectly equipped for the colder months.In the warmer months it is simply spectacular, since due to its location in a high place and the first quality materials used in its construction, it stays cool even on hot summer nights. From the same house we can start several trails that will lead us to places of impressive natural beauty. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and covered porch as well as several terraces. It has 4 bedrooms, three of them double:

One with a 1.50 m bed, (in this bedroom, which is very spacious, there is a double sofa bed),

another with a 1.35 m bed,

another with two 1.05 m beds

and one more with a 1.35 m bed, the latter located on the ground floor of the house. It also has two full bathrooms and an outside toilet next to the barbecue. It also has a covered barbecue area in which there is a dining area with table and chairs, and a living area with sofas.

In front of this room, there is a garden with grass where the sun loungers are located next to the pool, which is for the exclusive use of this house. COMFORTS: Sheets are included, a complete kitchenware, DOES NOT INCLUDE TOWELS. , Oven, Microwave, Large Fridge with Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Electric Toaster, Electric Juicer, 32 "TV, Radio-CD, Private Pool, Pool Loungers, Barbecue, Garden Furniture, ... There is also availability of Cots and high chairs for babies at the request of the client and if you need any other extra, let us know ... we will be happy to assist you.

To make the reservation of your rural house we need a deposit of 30% that can be paid by credit card or transfer.

The rest pending is paid 7 days before arrival

The deposit, which is € 100, will be returned within 7 days, once the state of the rural house has been checked, the extra cleaning is deducted from it. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

IMPORTANT:

When it comes to independent houses, (without reception) the client must contact the owner of the house at least 24/48 H before arrival to coordinate the handover of keys.

The owner will send you the exact location of the house via WhatsApp and will be waiting for you at the entrance at the agreed time.

All telephone, address and contact information will be duly detailed on your client's voucher.

CANCELLATION POLICY In case of cancellation of the reservation of your rural house, you will have the right to a refund of the amounts that have been paid with the compensation resulting from applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance:

0% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

50% of the deposit delivered, if the cancellation is made more than 15 days and less than 30 days in advance.

100% OF THE DEPOSIT when made with more than 15 and less than 4 days

With less than 48/72 hours in advance or no show at the accommodation, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Visits are not allowed, more people than the maximum capacity of the house are not allowed. Parties and / or celebrations are not allowed in the houses or in the garden. Music is not allowed in the garden so as not to disturb nearby houses.

Extra services such as firewood are not included in the price:

A load of firewood of approximately 15 kg: € 10
