Stroll around the farm at sunset, bathe in the pool or sunbathe. You can dream of listening to all kinds of birds, among the aroma of the abundant vegetation during dinner or breakfast.

The houses are located on the northern plot of the farm, where Sierra Morena begins, occupying 10,000 m2. They are surrounded by an abundant grove of palm trees, mulberry trees, hawksbills, acacias and a large number of ornamental hedges, as well as an orchard of fruit trees and seasonal vegetables.

The pool, in the center, provides great freshness and greenery in the summer.

Heated to 26ºC in Autumn and Spring on sunny days.

You can enjoy its surroundings throughout the year as this is the best area for relaxation on the farm, sunbathing and listening to the many species of birds that especially frequent this place.

Further north, at level 0 of Sierra Morena, there is a sandstone calco stone quarry creating a singular and unique space. Where we have built the only cave house in the province. The entire farm is dedicated to organic farming, it is irrigated, taking water from the Guadalmellato reservoir and its own wells, with 25 hectares in total.

The ecological activity is based on different herbaceous crops, depending on the year and season: such as corn, oats or beets. The production work is carried out by the company Hortalizas del Genil.

The farm has been registered with the Regulatory Council of Ecological Agriculture of Andalusia (CAAE) since 1985

We welcome PETS with conditions and previous confirmation of the owner.

As long as you are educated, sleep in your own bed, do not climb on sofas and beds, and do not stay alone.

It has a cleaning supplement to avoid possible allergies to future clients, upon arrival at the accommodation.

Advance

When you proceed to make a reservation for a place in a rural accommodation, the percentage indicated by the owner of the total price of the reserved stay must be entered. Once the amount corresponding to the advance has been received, the owner will notify the client of the reservation confirmation specifying the following concepts: day of entry and exit, number of reserved places, number of rooms and total price, as well as the applicable regime in the case possible cancellation.

Cancellations

At any time, the user may withdraw from the contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid and indemnifying the establishment in terms of the amounts indicated below:

The amount of compensation will be the result of applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance.

5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

40% if the cancellation is made 30 days or less and more than 15 days.

60% if the cancellation is made with 15 or fewer days and more than 7.

100% when you do it 7 or less days in advance.

Once the advance payment requirements have been met, your reservation will be held until 8:00 p.m. on the day that your reservation appears as the arrival date.

If the arrival of the client does not take place and there is no communication for confirmation by any means (telephone, email, fax) after 8:00 p.m. the owner will be able to dispose of the room
