Rural house located in the payment of Cabrillas Altas, in the municipality of Vélez-Málaga, on a hill from which you can enjoy majestic panoramic views of the entire Axarquía region on the Costa del Sol.

In a privileged environment, facing east, from where you can see, in all its splendor, the Pico de la Maroma, the highest peak in the province of Malaga, and the rest of the mountains of Tejeda and Almijara that make up the Natural Park of the same name.

To the south, from the front of the house, stretches the Vega del Río Vélez, the hills and mountains of the Axarquía and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house has a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and a single sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom and a pantry.

A wide doorway, or porch, looking south through the entrance and east on one side with a trellis for shade.

The saltwater pool is facing away from the house, has a large solarium and barbecue and also enjoys incredible panoramic views

Inputs and outputs

Check-in will be from 4pm and check-out before 12pm.

If the client does not show up - The first night is billed.

THE OWNER MAY REQUEST A BOND IF HE DEEMS IT OPPORTUNITY.

Payment Method: 25% DEPOSIT

Cancellations

At any time, the user may withdraw from the contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid and indemnifying the establishment in terms of the amounts indicated below:

The amount of compensation will be the result of applying the following percentages to the amount of the required advance.

5% if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.

40% if the cancellation is made 30 days or less and more than 15 days.

60% if the cancellation is made with 15 or fewer days and more than 7.

100% when you do it 7 or less days in advance.

Booking confirmation .

Once the advance payment requirements have been met, your reservation will be held until 8:00 p.m. on the day that your reservation appears as the arrival date.

If the arrival of the client does not take place and there is no communication for confirmation by any means (telephone, email, fax) after 8:00 p.m. the owner may have the reserved room or rooms.
